2. Terms of Service (The Store Rules)
Orders & Acceptance: By placing an order on OrgiFab, you are offering to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including stock availability or pricing errors.
Pricing & Product Description:
- Pricing: All prices are in PKR. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Images: We strive to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to different screen resolutions, the actual color of the fabric may vary slightly.
Payment Policy: We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Optional: Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa options. Payments must be made in full as per the order summary.
Shipping & Delivery:
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
- Delivery times depend on the courier partner and your location. OrgiFab is not responsible for delays caused by logistics partners, though we will assist in tracking your parcel.
Returns & Exchange Policy:
- We allow exchanges for damaged or incorrect items received.
- Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact.
Limitation of Liability: OrgiFab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
Governing Law: These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Rawalpindi.
