Return & Exchange Policy – OrgiFab

At OrgiFab, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you with an easy exchange or return process.

1. Exchange & Return Eligibility

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of order delivery under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged.
• The product must be in its original packaging with all original tags attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number or email receipt) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Items purchased during clearance sales or special promotions (unless defective).
• Customized or stitched orders tailored specifically for you.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:

• Contact us on WhatsApp (+92 318 9191253) or via email at orgifab@gmail.com with photos/videos of the defect and your order details.
• We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra delivery charge to you.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns/Exchanges

• If the mistake is on our part (wrong/damaged item): OrgiFab will cover all return shipping fees.
• If you want an exchange due to size, color, or preference change: The customer will be responsible for sending the item back and covering the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued only if the item received is defective or out of stock.
• Cash refunds are processed via Bank Transfer / EasyPaisa / JazzCash within 5-7 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

6. How to Initiate an Exchange/Return

3. Dispatch the product back to our address after approval from our team.
